4. Cryptocurrency & Privacy
Cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on public blockchains. While we record your public wallet address to verify payment, we do not link this to your identity in any publicly accessible form.
We support privacy-enhancing cryptocurrencies and do not require KYC documentation for transactions below applicable regulatory thresholds.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 7 years as required by UK financial regulations.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time. We will comply within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
